Breaking the Arc is a lateral thinking puzzle with two Bounce pads on the outside and a tunnel with tall walls on the inside. There is no obvious way forward or back. The Jump-pads direct the player in such a way that they are able to move over the tunnel's walls but not enter the tunnel.

Hint
Be vigilant while jumping, something is happening in the middle.
Solution
Look up while jumping, there is a Transporter Window above.
